Before You Come - Some Need to Know Items

Registration opens at 7:30.  Vendors will be available at 8:00      Both days! 

Directions:  The Oklahoma Bicycle Summit is being held at the Student Union Ballroom on the campus of Rose State College in Midwest City. Map below:

FROM I-40 EAST
  Take I-40 east to the Hudiburg  Drive exit (156B).  Turn north (left) onto Hudiburg Drive.  Follow Hudiburg Drive past Adair Boulevard. Turn east (right) into the first College parking lot, which is for the Student Union.  (Building 15 on RSC Campus map)

FROM I-40  WEST
  Take  I-40 west to  the Hudiburg Drive exit (156B). Turn north (right) onto Hudiburg  Drive. Follow Hudiburg Drive past Adair Boulevard. Turn east (right)  into the first College parking lot, which is for the Student Union.

Parking:  Auto parking is available just north and west of the Center. 

Bring your Bike:  There will be limited bike rack parking on Friday. On Saturday you can bring your bike into the Student Union. Bring a bike lock in all cases. There are two bicycling activities, one each afternoon after the sessions have ended.  Midwest City will be opening another section of the Bomber Trail at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 2:45 pm on Friday afternoon.   You can ride your bike or drive over as its about 2 miles from the Center.  On Saturday at 4:00 pm, there will be a leisurely guided ride around Midwest City showcasing what the town offers in trails and bike routes.   Be sure to bring your helmet as the ride on Saturday requires it.  We’ll be asking that you sign a liability waiver as well. 

Food:  Water will be provided throughout the day.  Coffee and Tea in the morning and, if you get here early, pastries.  We have you covered for lunch.  There will be vegetarian options, but not gluten free, or vegan. 

Calendar: Be sure and purchase the 2024 Cycling in Oklahoma calendar which will be available at the Summit.  Proceeds go towards the Summit.
