In addition, Regional Transportation Planning Organizations are found throughout Oklahoma.  Made up of representatives from local governments, tribal officials, private entities, and community stakeholders, the organizations are involved in regional tranportation planning often coordinating with other organizations to improve economic growth and infrastructure.  They are occassionally involved in bicycling and pedestrian programs and projects. If you live in rural Oklahoma, you may wish to contact an organization in your area with any cycling concerns you may have.   They are:
