3.4.3
An Annual Meeting of the Corporation shall be set by the Board of
Directors, at which will be election of officers and transact any and
all other business as may properly come before the meeting. Notice will
not be less than 10 days and no more than 50 days before the date,
either personally or by mail or electronic mail.
