• Members wishing to address the board must sign in with the secretary prior to the Call-to-Order.
• The subject of the Member's comments must be noted on the sign-in sheet.
• Members will be permitted no more than 3 minutes to address the board.
• Members may not yield their time or any remainder to another member.
• Members will limit their comments to topics germane to the business of the Oklahoma Bicycling Coalition as listed in the Agenda.
• No statements of a political or commercial nature are permitted.
• Members will be called upon in order of sign-in.
• Not all members may be heard given the allotted time in the agenda.
• The President of the OBC or his designate shall have the final say if a speaker is out of order.
