The Oklahoma Bicycling Coalition in partnership with the City of Edmond Planning Department and the University of Central Oklahoma's transportation office sponsored a League Cycling Instructor Seminar in Edmond the first weekend of October.
Nine LCI candidates completed two and a half days of intense classroom and practical sessions displaying their teaching ability with the Smart Cycling curriculum, parking lot exercises, and on-road bicycling
